Child Safety Standards

This document describes the standards of FashUp mobile application (com.fashup.mobile) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Our zero-tolerance commitment

FashUp maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content, conduct, or encouragement thereof is strictly prohibited and acted upon immediately when detected.

FashUp is a digital wardrobe and AI-powered outfit application. It is not designed for children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16.

2. Our published standards

We adopt and enforce the following rules:

  • No CSAE/CSAM content may be created, uploaded, shared, or requested.
  • AI features block the generation of nudity, sexual, or explicit content on both client and server side; any request involving minors is fully rejected.
  • Sexualization of children, attempts to sexually contact children (grooming), or normalization of child abuse are prohibited.
  • Accounts violating these rules are suspended or permanently terminated.
  • Detected CSAM is reported to relevant authorities and organizations such as NCMEC where required by applicable law.

3. Prevention and enforcement

  • Content filtering: safety checks for explicit and illegal content are applied in AI image/text pipelines.
  • Review on report: user reports and system alerts are reviewed; inappropriate content is removed.
  • Account actions: warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent termination on violation.
  • Legal reporting: reporting to authorities where required by law.

4. How to report

  • In emergencies or situations involving imminent danger, please contact local law enforcement first.

6. Legal compliance

FashUp is committed to complying with child-safety laws in the regions where it operates and reports CSAM to relevant regional and national authorities where required by law.
